Where does Kłodawa salt come from?
Kłodawa salt comes from the Kłodawa Salt Mine, located in the Greater Poland region. It has been extracted using traditional mining methods since 1956. This traditional extraction method helps preserve all the nutritional values of the salt. Importantly, Kłodawa salt is not subjected to leaching (specialized purification) after extraction, retaining a higher content of trace elements.

All the bioelements found in Kłodawa salt regulate metabolic processes and are responsible for enzyme absorption. It is easily assimilated by the human body. The salt contains elements that are essential for the body, such as magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc, copper, calcium, potassium, and selenium.
Uses of Kłodawa salt

It is also effective in treating canker sores and cracked corners of the mouth. Using Kłodawa salt for oral care helps reduce the number of harmful bacteria. The salt destroys microbes and makes the oral environment alkaline, preventing harmful bacteria from thriving. According to dentists, it temporarily raises the pH in the mouth, creating an alkaline environment where bacteria find it hard to survive. Bacteria prefer acidic environments, so using salt hinders their reproduction.
